The inter-dimensional being Neokiva is also know as the storyteller akin to zoekin she watches the many universes recording the stories it is said she is more powerful than god and can manipulate any universe to her will. She is also known as the scientist and artist Kylie who through certain events was turned into a Naga and later became the mother of Kai an half wolf girl Naga of 100 years (10 in human years) after a while she developed a liking to zoekin and secretly wants to adopt him. While Zoekin's age is unknown it is generally known he is 10x younger than Neokiva. Neokiva is in possession of several abilities the aforementioned ability to manipulate everything to her liking, the ability to summon the ancient dimensional gate Ha'sharin and use it while she prefers to use it she doesn't need to just finds it safer know she has a child. As if the person traveling with her falls in the void they cease to exist. As a mother to Kai and secretly to zoekin she will fiercely protect them you do not want to piss off a goddess trust me. She is extremely loyal to her friends and extremely dangerous foe to her enemies. As a whole she extremely voracious more so than any true Naga that being said on the danger level meter of felarya where she prefer to resided she is at the very top level extreme nothing there poses a threat,in fact everything runs from her as despite her size she can ingest the tallest Naga and dryad in one go,not that she needs to stay small she can increase her size or shrink her food. It is just preference thats she eats thing bigger than her as many a giant Naga has found out she tend to stay small in all dimensions but in felarya finds it easier to big giant she doesn't change her size often as it takes too long and as a whole is a very lazy Naga. Being a scientist and artist she and Anna get along fine, however poor Crisis cant understand what they go on about as they speaking at a high level and poor Crisis ends up getting confused and dizzy when they talk like that.

Neokiva has very little natural enemies cept for teegan (who she eat once) showing a disdain for the Shinigami, as she tried to take hope when she was a baby as i have said before she has a motherly instinct so strong she would forsake everything ,she considers all of Zoekin's friends and families her family and obviously Kai teegan found that out the hard way there is only one other person she hates regardless of her connection to zoekin and thats Tanya,while greatful to her for saving hope she hates Tanya a lot it could be a long shot but it could be that everytime she stay at the zoekin household she keeps getting a hicky, so each time she stays over she turns Tanya's mouth into a zipper and zips it up pernamently at least until she leave she amuses everyone to no end.

However Neokiva doesn't mind she likes Anko not that she'd admit it.
